Products

Are all products on Kitalker original and genuine?

Yes. We are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and original products. We also take all necessary actions to ensure that any seller found to be selling non-genuine products is immediately delisted from Kitalker

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order when it is in Order In Progress. Please note that orders in shipped status cannot be canceled.

Is my product under warranty?

How can I track an order?

You can check the status of your order anytime by following the simple steps below:

Log in to your kitalker account
Click on My Account in the top right corner of the kitalker homepage (Your name will appear here if you're logged in)
Click on Orders in the drop-down menu
Click on SEE DETAILS to the right of the item

We also send regular updates on the progress of your order via emails on your registered email id, App notifications/alerts on kitalker App and SMS's. We recommend that you update your current phone number and check your registered email to get the latest updates on your order and also download the kitalker App on your mobile phone.

Payment

RETURNING AN ITEM

You can initiate a return within 15 days for Official Store items and 7 days for other eligible items if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging. We recommend that you keep the original carton and packaging material for a smooth and easy return.
If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.

Get your refund within 24 hours when you drop off item at the nearest kitalker dropoff station. Eligible Fashion items Only
